Tough Enough 2 Care

Are You Tough Enough 2 Care?

Are You Tough Enough 2 Care?

Tough Enough 2 Care is Brad Snyder’s passion project that is beginning to come to fruition. With all of the trailers that NewScope Marketing owns, an altruistic idea was born. Why not repurpose a few assets and vehicles to benefit those who have suffered extreme loss in the wake of natural disasters? Money raised from TE2C apparel sales and charity functions would go towards water, clothing, canned goods, and other relief efforts focused on helping areas in need.

The inception of TE2C evolved from Brad Snyder and NewScope Marketing's experience in working with Ford Motor Company and the Ford Truck Team's "Built Ford Tough" logo and tag line directly influenced the name of this project.

I created the look of this Identity using anonymous altruistic men that are all helping each other within the several logo mockups I created. I liked the idea of having several different combination marks to choose from when designing new assets for the project.

The Fleet

The Fleet

I created this TE2C Ford Transit mockup using the skills I learned as a designer at Sign Design Graphics in Lubbock Texas. It's easy to imagine a fleet of these pulling up to a storm shelter and packed to the brim with water, blankets, and food.

The Awareness Campaign

The Awareness Campaign

With the year the United States has had when it comes to natural disaster, citizens want to help and find out where they can help. I designed a poster that would serve as a visual foundation for any print media TE2C would need to spread awareness about its relief efforts.

Non-Profits are built on volunteers backs and I created this poster with an attention grabbing question and a summary about the organization.

Here is another example of a TE2C fleet vehicle wrap that can be used for disaster relief and as moving billboard for potential volunteers to see and become aware off.

I was the front-end designer for the TE2C one page website. This site's purpose is to provide a quick summary for the vision of TE2C and to have a form fill section for potential volunteers to get in contact with Brad Snyder and NewScope Marketing for TE2C leadership opportunities.

The site also has a section where visitors can get a look at the new Ford 6x6 Firewalker brush fire truck and the partners that help make this custom truck a reality.

In 2012 NewScope Marketing's first custom rescue truck was a huge hit. Ford originally had asked Brad Snyder to build a fully functional rescue truck with all the bells and whistles but the ultimate test came on April 3rd when multiple tornadoes tore through the Dallas area. After the Arlington Fire Dept. sent out a request for help from surrounding stations, the Granbury Fire Dept. notified NewScope and in a flash the concept vehicle became a reality.

The rescue truck’s relief efforts made headlines nationwide from The Dallas Morning News to The New York Times. The success of this truck is what birthed the idea of Tough Enough 2 Care.

A blanket for 1 = A blanket for many

A blanket for 1 = A blanket for many

One of the fundraising ideas for TE2C is to have a branded quilted or throw blanket that supporters could by that would in turn help purchase multiple blankets that would be given to the victims of natural disasters that had lost everything. This idea directly correlates to what other companies and nonprofits are doing such the shoe company TOMS.
