I’ve been drawing since I could hold a pencil, but talent alone doesn’t build a career. Hard work does. And I learned that the hard way.

After being dismissed from my college design program—just one year shy of graduation—I was faced with a choice: let the setback define me or let it fuel me. I chose the latter. That lesson cemented my belief that hard work beats talent when talent isn’t working hard, and I’ve applied it to every creative endeavor since.

From launching my design career at a local sign shop to leading experiential marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands, my journey has been anything but traditional. Whether I’m shaping the identity of a startup, guiding a corporate rebrand, or crafting campaigns that connect deeply with audiences, my approach remains the same: start with why, obsess over the details, and never settle for ordinary.

I cut my teeth in corporate environments, leading experiential marketing efforts for brands like Ford and INFINITI—translating their global presence into immersive, on-the-ground experiences that left a lasting impression. But it was in the unpredictable world of startups where my true creative grit was forged.

Startups are not for the faint of heart. They don’t come with roadmaps, only relentless challenges and endless possibilities. Building GFC Creative and partnering with INVICTUS Legacy Builders meant stepping into uncharted territory daily—juggling a dozen hats at once, navigating shifting priorities, and turning bold visions into tangible realities. I learned to bridge the gap between type-A organizers and radical creatives, crafting a shared language that ensures structure and vision don’t just coexist but thrive together.

In the trenches of late-night deadlines and high-stakes pitches, I discovered that every brand—whether a startup or a global giant—has one thing in common: the need for a clear and nuanced why at its core. No matter the medium—print, digital, environmental, or experiential—the story is what drives everything forward. That realization drove me to create The Visionary’s Brand Building Blueprint, a strategic framework designed to help brands articulate their essence and scale with purpose.

Whether designing large-scale event activations, leading cross-functional creative teams, or mentoring the next generation of storytellers, my goal has always been the same—to build brands that resonate, inspire, and endure.

Today, my work blends strategy and artistry—grounded in insights, fueled by curiosity, and executed with precision.
